Feature: Windjammer Cruises in Maine
I wake up to the smell of blueberry pancakes wafting into my cabin from the
galley. I don't even need my alarm clock because I wake up “with the
chickens” or in this case, the fishes.  Sure, it's early morning, but time has
somehow managed to stand still out here off the coast of Maine...

Garden: Black-Eyed Susans
Rudbeckias are easy, low maintenance flowers.  They prefer full sun for best
blooming, but will tolerate light shade.  Other pluses are that they tolerate
some drought once established, and are deer resistant.  They do need well-
drained soil of minimal fertility, as too much fertilizer can make plants flop.  
These flowers are attractive to bees and butterflies, the seeds to birds...

Food: Broiled Salmon with Fresh Rhubarb Sauce
It was a good feeling to have chives and rhubarb from our garden as part of
our meal, and we were reminded how versatile rhubarb can be when used in
savory preparations...
