Notes from the Heart... Summer at a NH Ski Resort

Just because the snow is gone
doesn't mean that northern
New England ski resorts close shop.

Attitash, for example (in Bartlett, NH)
opens for its summer season in June
(and has for over 30 years)
with a wide range of fun summer
activities including and Alpine Slide,
waterslides, mountain biking,
EuroBungy trampoline and a 24' climbing wall.  There's also a scenic sky ride to
the summit of Attitash and guided horseback rides along the Saco River (or for
kids under 8 hand-led pony rides). Afternoon tickets (valid from 3 p.m. -6 p.m.)
are $10 for guests under 48” and $25 for over 48”.

All day tickets (valid from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) are $15 for guests under 48” and $35
for over 48”. These passes includes a day’s worth of unlimited access to all the
activities at Attitash (Horseback riding/ Pony rides / Bike Rentals are not
included). Guests planning on spending at least four days at the resort this
summer can take advantage of the Summer Season Ticket available for $99 for
those 48 inches and taller or $75 for kids under 48 inches. Certain activities have
height and weight restrictions. Lunch and snack options along with drinks and
adult beverages are available and wi-fi is maintained throughout the lodges.  For
more info visit:
Attitash (summer).   ~ M.
