Notes from the Heart...

Annual Stowe, Vermont, Winter Carnival

They've been at it every January for the past
36 years -- carving ice, hosting zany sporting events
(like snow volleyball and snow golf), and carving
ice sculptures.

This year's Stowe Winter Carnival will shine again
on January 18 to January 24, 2010, with over ten
major activities for the young and old.  Come
to this lovely ski town and watch professional
ice carvers create intricate ice carvings throughout
the village (the ice carving competition happens on
Saturday at Stowe Mountain Resort), and enjoy
the sights of this quintessential winter wonderland
in northern New England. For more information visit:
Stowe Winter Carnival.
