Notes from the Heart...

Christmas at The Rocks Estate Includes a Visit
from Green Father Christmas ---------
(that's him!)--------->

Don't miss the Christmas festivities at The Rocks estate
in  (where else?) Bethlehem, New Hampshire.  Back for his second year will be
the Green Father Christmas – an eco-friendly Santa – who will give tree seedlings
to visiting children. Complimentary family photographs with Father Christmas
will be provided again by the Pine Needle Card Company.  Along with offering
cut-your-own Christmas trees, The Rocks (owned and managed by the Society for
the Protection of NH Forests) will offer a roster of more delightful holiday events:

Photo with Green Father Christmas and Your Pets: November 22: The Rocks will
partner with Above the Notch Humane Society  to raise funds for that
organization. Pets and their people may have their photos taken with Green
Father Christmas that day.

Horse-drawn wagon rides, by reservation only, will be offered Nov. 21, 27, 28
and 29, and Dec. 5, 6, 12, 13 and 19.

Dog sled rides will be offered November 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 and Dec 5, 6, 12, 13
and 19.  Call for availability and reservations.

The Market Place: will feature North Country classics like mixes from Polly’s
Pancake Parlor and Fuller’s Sugarhouse maple products, as well as titles from
Mike Dickerman’s Bondcliff Books and pottery by Joan Hannah. Other offerings
include New Hampshire Kettle Korn, goodies from The Mill Fudge Factory,
organic bath products, allergy-free baking mixes and a myriad of other unique,
handmade gifts.

The Rocks will be open for holiday business daily from Nov. 21 through Dec. 20
from 10 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.  For more information and a full schedule of events,
please visit
The Rocks.org.    ~ Marcia
