Notes from the Heart...

Rockport, Maine used to be a fish-rendering town...and had all the sights, sounds
and, well,
smells that went along with it.  How things have changed.  Today
Rockland is a sweet (smelling and otherwise) romantic destination and a perfect
setting for weddings.  Author Norm Goldman takes us on a tour of the town and
all its sights in this week's feature,
Rockland: Maine's Best Kept Secret for a
Wedding Destination.

Psst, want some red flannels in your hash? Nothing illicit, I promise.  Just this
week's recipe,
Yankee Red Flannel Hash.
