French Maple Syrup Dressing
Recipe from Aline Bouchard,
Franklin, VT.

Winner : Preserves, Sauces, Dressings
Vermont Maple Festival 2003

1  c. salad oil               
2/3  c. ketchup
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar      
1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. dark maple syrup
2 tbsp. minced onions                
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt                                
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard                       
1 tsp. paprika


Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
Refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors. Shake well
before using.
