acknowledges the population deluge that has flooded Hillsborough,
Rockingham, and Merrimack Counties. But he chooses not to show the fast

More than 20 magnificent hot air balloons. Weather and wind permitting, first
balloon flight is at 6 pm Fri. Balloon Glow at dark. Flights Sat. and Sun. 6 am &
6 pm. Tethered flights available throughout the festival, weather permitting.
